Periodic OHS training for administrative and office employees as well as for employees referred to in § 14, section 2, point 6, in the form of guided self-study.
Frequency: the first training – within 12 months from the date of employment, subsequent trainings – every 5 years.
The certificate is generated automatically by the system upon completion of the training.
This training is intended for employees in administrative and office positions, including those working with display screen equipment, as well as employees referred to in § 14 section 2 point 6 (of the Regulation on OHS training), whose work involves exposure to harmful, strenuous, or hazardous factors, or who bear responsibility for occupational health and safety.
This includes, in particular, employees of healthcare institutions, schools, and other educational institutions, as well as research institutes.
The training program is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004
on occupational health and safety training (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1327).
